David M. Lechuga, PH.D.
Dr. Lechuga is the director of The Neurobehavioral Clinic & Counseling Center in Lake Forest. His clinical work focuses on the assessment and treatment of patients with neurological impairments and complex learning disorders. Dr. Lechuga is the neuropsychological consultant for the Los Angeles Kings, Chivas USA, and the LA Galaxy. He is past-president of the California Psychological Association, past-chair of the National Academy of Neuropsychology’s Diversity Committee, a former consultant to the State Athletic Commission, and former representative from California to the APA’s Council of Representatives. Dr. Lechuga is past-president of the Hispanic Neuropsychological Society, and current chair of the California Psychological Association’s Division of Neuropsychology.
Dr. Lechuga is board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in clinical psychology and rehabilitation psychology. His board certification in neuropsychology is from the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology. He is a clinical instructor (voluntary) at UCLA. Dr. Lechuga serves as an expert witness in personal injury and criminal cases.
Erin Crowley has an M.S. degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and has worked as a cognitive retraining specialist for over 15 years at Coastline Community College’s Acquired Brain Injury Program. Additionally, she is the owner of Brain Injury Rehab Orange County. Erin has delivered cognitive retraining services to hundreds of individuals, assisting them on their journey to improve cognitive abilities, increase levels of independence and return to the community.

Justin Helton is the co-founder and Managing Director of WestHarbor Growth Partners, LLC, which is a growth, expansion and turnaround advisory firm based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Prior to WestHarbor, he held the position of Vice President for the privately held boutique lending firm Jules and Associates, Inc. as well as Vice President for the publicly traded California First National Bancorp. His expertise and focus is in debt and equity structure, FP&A, risk analysis and contract negotiation. Justin serves on the Executive Counsel for Mariners Church and is an advisory board member to many for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Biola University's Crowell School of Business with an emphasis in Management and a minor in Biblical Studies. Justin resides in Huntington Beach, CA with his wife Danielle and daughter Masie.
Ben Coplin is the co-founder and Managing Director of WestHarbor Growth Partners, LLC, which is a growth, expansion and turnaround advisory firm based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Prior to WestHarbor, Ben has owned two marketing firms servicing both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Along side this he also worked in Church Ministry for 10 years and was Peyton's youth pastor at the time of Peyton’s head injury. He attended Vanguard University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Biblical Studies. Ben resides in Huntington Beach, CA with his wife Kristina and two sons Kayden and Jackson.
